Join us this winter for a yoga journey in English, designed for all levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. The course combines dynamic Vinyasa flow with breathing techniques (pranayama) to help you build strength, flexibility and calm throughout the semester.

Every class offers more than just movement. You will also learn about the science behind yoga: how coordinated breathing and flowing postures influence your body and mind. Together, we will explore how yoga:

  • Balances the nervous system, reducing stress and increasing resilience
  • Improves breathing and circulation, enhancing focus and energy
  • Builds muscle strength and joint mobility in a safe, progressive way
  • Regulates mood and sleep, lowering cortisol and calming the mind
  • Enhances concentration and creativity by stimulating brain function

The practice is accessible yet progressive. Beginners will receive clear guidance, while experienced yogis can deepen their flow with advanced options. Throughout the semester, the classes will evolve to match the rhythm of the season, supporting you with both energizing flows and restorative practices.

By the end of the course, you will not only feel stronger and more centered but also understand why yoga works, combining ancient practice with modern science.


What to Bring:
Personal Comfort Items: Comfortable, breathable clothing for ease of movement. Water bottle and towel for hydration and comfort. Socks, Blanket, or shawl for relaxation or meditation.
Notebook and Pen: To jot down scientific explanations, personal insights, or reflections related to asanas and meditation techniques.
