- In this course basics are taught to stretch, strengthen and relax the muscles, to improve posture and straighten the spine, and to improve breathing and the ability to concentrate.
My first regular encounter with yoga started in 2009 when I was looking for a holistic balance to stressful everyday life. Since my curiosity for all philosophical, spiritual and physical-medical aspects of yoga was awakened, I started a 2-year training as a yoga teacher in 2014. This was followed by a further training in holistic yoga therapy as a yoga therapist (without a healing license) and at the moment I am in a 2-year Ayur-Yoga training from Remo Rittiner.
To teach personal development, convey how to find inner balance and be who you are is particularly close to my heart. Through regular training and self-study of specialist literature, my courses are organized with a lot of variety and fun.
Educational goals: conscious body awareness, improve breathing, increase in physical strength, stress relief, improvement of the ability to concentrate, strengthening the immune system, improve blood circulation.
ATTENTION: Please bring comfortable clothes, warm socks, something to drink and a blanket or towel!
