Do you have strength, courage and skill? Then you will make friends with trapez and co. Without prior training, however, the course will be a tough nut to crack. You can prepare for the course with pushups, pull-ups and sit-ups.
ATTENTION: Since the beginners of the last semesters have often been too optimistic about their skills, we ask that the courses for advanced students are actually only booked by those who have already taken advanced courses in the last semesters.
Have joy through success: Experiences of success come when participants achieve certain goals with their own bodies. They discover what is possible for them, but also their limits become clear and even that they can push their physical boundries through tenacity.
Try something extraordinary - distance from everyday life: The participants feel special by briefly slipping into the role of an artist, especially when performing. In addition, they literally float over things and so distance themselves from everyday life.
Trust and responsibility (related to yourself and others): Due to the danger aloft, the participants gain more self-confidence when they overcome their fear and learn to be able to rely on their abilities. They also develop a sense of risks and recognize their limits in good time, so they learn to handle themselves responsibly. The same applies to partner exercises in which both rely on each other and have to communicate their limits to each other in good time.
Strength, flexibility, coordination, musical and rhythmic education develop alongside.
ATTENTION: You need tight, long cotton clothing that covers your torso, arms and knees, such as a gymnastics suit. So you avoid skin abrasion from the devices.
