Are you looking for a sport in the fresh air, do you like working in a team and love the water?! Then rowing is the right sport for you!
A varied program awaits you in summer and winter, where you not only spend time in the boat, but also learn something about the material, use our strength training offers and experience one or the other barbecue evening together. As a health sport, rowing also offers you balanced training for your back - just the right thing to compensate for the time at your desk!
Does our offer sound good to you? Then register!
What we offer:
Advanced rowing
If you have already successfully completed a beginner's course, we look forward to seeing you again at the advanced level! You can participate as often as you like.
In these courses, we work on your technique, practice steering and, if you wish, also enable rowing in a racing boat.
At the end of these courses, you also have the opportunity to take part in the German University Rowing Championships (indoor and outdoor, depending on the season).
