The exam period can be a stressful and challenging time for many students. Worries about possible blackouts, fear of failure, or constant procrastination can make preparation even harder. This is exactly where this workshop comes in.
In the workshop “Exam anxiety”, you will learn how to structure your exam preparation in a more effective and relaxed way. In addition to practical strategies for time management and suitable learning techniques, the focus is also on dealing with personal expectations and inner pressure. You will reflect on your individual learning style, activate your personal resources, and set realistic goals for your exam phase.
Another key aspect is coping with exam anxiety. You will gain a better understanding of how stress develops, how your thoughts and expectations influence it, and how to stay capable of acting in challenging situations such as stage fright or a blackout. Short relaxation techniques, such as simple breathing exercises, will help you calm down quickly when needed.
The workshop offers space for exchange, self-reflection, and trying out practical methods that you can directly apply in your everyday student life.
The goal is to help you approach your exams with more confidence, clarity, and inner calm – while staying both effective and healthy.
