The "Aerial Yoga" enables deep relaxation as well as intensive training with lots of fun!
We use a trapezoidal sheet that is attached to the ceiling. Difficult positions, which otherwise require a lot of strength, are particularly easy. Even headstand or handstand can be practiced with it, without the danger of falling over.
The reversal can happen very slow and gentle, your body can get used to it. You can strengthen yourself and strengthen your self-confidence. By swinging and hanging, tensions are released and strength is built up.
The sheet is also ideal for relaxing. It carries you like a floating yoga mat. You can wrap yourself in a cocoon or just relieve parts of the body. With the cloth, a new sense of balance is required, which offers a comprehensive challenge for the body.

Marc Bielert is a qualified aerial yoga and cyr-wheel teacher, circus educator and loves developing new ideas and projects. Trained as an artist (juggling, aerial art, acrobatics), he has been working as a trainer / teacher for various artistic disciplines since 2009. In 2015 he trained as an aerial yoga instructor and got the ?Aerial Yoga? to Halle.
