Mobility - Make your body flexible!
In our everyday life, we are often forced into unnatural postures through long, sedentary activities, physically challenging work and often through an incorrect, over-motivated sport / fitness program, which in the long term leads to incorrect posture, tension, imbalances in the musculoskeletal system and consequently to pain and reduced mobility.
As children, we were able to perform movements that we can only dream of as we age. However, this is not primarily due to advancing age but because we have forgotten how to do something about it.
With regular mobility training our body can relearn the ability to move painlessly and comfortably over the largest possible range of motion of the joints.
The content of the Mobility Training is a mix of exercises from fascia training, a relaxed dynamic stretching program and from Animal Flow, in which the exercises are inspired by animal movements.
Educational goals: Removal of restricted mobility of joints and ligaments, reduction of muscular tension, pain relief, improvement of posture, stimulation of the joint metabolism, increase in performance.
